We deliver across the United Kingdom in 1-3 working days. You pay the courier on arrival - no card details, no prepayment.
From order to delivery
Place your order
Fill in the order form with your name and phone number. No payment information needed at this stage.
Phone confirmation
Our team calls you on weekdays (8:30-17:00) to confirm your order, verify your delivery address and answer any questions.
Dispatch
Once confirmed, your order is packed and dispatched. You will receive it within 1-3 working days.
Pay on delivery
Hand the payment to the courier when your package arrives. Cash is accepted; no online payment is required.

What if I miss the delivery?
The courier will leave a card with instructions. You can arrange a re-delivery or collection at your local depot. Contact us if you need help.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free when you order 2 or more packs in a single order. A standard delivery charge applies to single-pack orders.
How do I return an order?
Contact us within 14 days of receipt by email or phone. We will arrange collection or provide a return address. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At present we only deliver within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand to further regions in the future.
