A closer look at the formulation
Below is an overview of each ingredient in Endix Natural Essentials, alongside the EFSA-authorised health claims relevant to it. All claims relate specifically to the individual nutrient, not to the product as a whole.
B vitamins: B6, B5, B3, B12
The B vitamin group forms the backbone of this formulation. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B3 (niacin) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to normal psychological function. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal function of the immune system.
Selenium & Iodine
Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the normal function of the immune system. Iodine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Both are trace minerals that can be difficult to obtain consistently from diet alone in many Northern European food patterns.
Green tea extract
The green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) is a familiar kitchen botanical traditionally used as part of everyday routines. It has no EU-established nutrient reference value and is included as a complementary botanical ingredient. No health claims are made for the extract as such.

Ingredient FAQs
Yes. The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), which is entirely plant-based. Endix Natural Essentials contains no gelatin or other animal-derived ingredients.
Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) is included as a complementary botanical ingredient. There is no EU-authorised health claim for green tea extract, so none is made. It's a familiar everyday ingredient traditionally associated with wellbeing routines.
The formulation does not intentionally contain any of the 14 major allergens listed under UK food law. However, it is produced in a facility that may handle other substances. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, please contact us before ordering.
All nutrient doses in Endix Natural Essentials fall within established safe upper levels as defined by EFSA guidance. One capsule per day is the recommended serving. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.
